Simple refund policy for the Founding Member offer.
This is the minimum refund policy for the current stage and may expand as the product and payment setup mature.
1. Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchasing the Teardown Founding Member offer.
2. Scope
This refund policy applies to the one-time Founding Member offer only.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@teardown.cc with the email used at checkout and your request.
4. Product status
Teardown is currently in beta. Founder payments support the product early and are not a promise of lifetime unlimited hosted usage.
